Also, he has pioneered the introduction of online qualitative methodologies, bringing consumers to life through the media of blogs, photo-journalism and consumer life films.

Outside of work

Collecting contemporary art and playing terrible house music in the office . He is also ( to his likely ruin) deeply and tragically loyal to the Alfa Romeo brand.
